SUGGESTED TOPICS
Please remember this conference is about employment issues for people with disabilities. Your presentation should be focused on these issues. Speakers are encouraged to share new information about computer adaptive devices, hardware, and software; access to technology; training, placement, and career development programs for persons with disabilities; results of research in any area related to the employment of people with disabilities; and "best practices" of employers for persons with disabilities. If you feel you have beneficial information, please submit a presentation proposal for consideration.
USER-FRIENDLY CONFERENCE
Speakers and exhibitors are responsible for providing their own handouts and promotional materials in alternative formats (Braille, large print, CD). Recognizing that it is difficult to predict the composition and needs of the audience in advance, speakers should make an announcement at the beginning of their presentation that they are willing to provide materials in alternative formats, as needed, shortly after the conference.
